Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are packed with care and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping options and rates:

Standard Shipping - $8.00 - delivered in 3-5 business days after shipping.

Express Shipping - $15.00 - delivered in 1-2 business days after shipping.

Local Pickup - Free - Pick up your order at Collective Boutiques, Booth A1, 6729 S Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77494. Your order is usually ready within 24 hours; we will email you when it is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date on WhatsApp at +1 (979) 351-9228 or on Instagram @souq_clothes and we will help you resolve it.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
